Accidently created two orders from the app. The person refused to refund even though the drinks were not made. What should i do with 8 drinks? When we only needed 4 and top of it, ya we dont have any sprinklers left. So take these half made drinks. Bad customer service.
Super nice place! Drive through was nice !! Sonya was very helpful when my code wouldn’t scan! Thanks for the patience and great coffees !!!
Walked in and observed the staff who were scurrying around serving cars and app orders. I waited. And waited. And waited. Not even an acknowledgement. No donuts on display either. And I walked out.
I’ve been to the old shop and agree with a previous reviewer. The greedy owner should have refurbished it, but instead gave the finger to the people of Bethpage. Now the new drive-thru just brings more pollution from car exhausts to the neighborhood community. And probably steeper prices too.
Sooner or later, the poor service filters down to the quality of the food if it hasn’t already, so recommend your steer clear of this place.
There are numerous local coffee shops and cafes, including the Dairy Barn and the 7-11 that offers better coffee and service, so bye-bye Dunkin!
As soon as I walked in and was hit by the beautiful aroma of coffee beans in the air. The smell was enough to lure you in, enough about that let me talk about the magnificent pastries. It was decadent, absolutely decadent in every aspect. The apple fritters all the way to the munchkins, everything was exceptionally fresh. One might even say the fresh-est. Now onto the drinks, they’re stirred to perfection enriched with caffeine to power your day. Not to mention the workers are so extremely nice, practically jumping out of their seats from kindness. Although, there are those whom claim this place is a waste of space. I absolutely refute, and if it is a waste of space, it’s a gosh darn great one.
Bethpage Dunkin has always been a favorite of mine even more so now with the new location. People who work there are great always service with a smile!.
