This place is good! Not many seats, but good staff, good music and good donuts!
I know, it’s just a coffee store but this place was so unorganized and staff has no communication skills. 6 members on the clock and all of them are in different poles. The most noticeable fact about Dunkin’ Donuts, none of the team members ever said Hi or Hello or any courtesy if you walk in. So far Kathy was the only team member who was absolutely personable and care about guests even it’s just for a small coffee. The manager of the store needs training on guest service and employee management. By the way, this review is all about the service and standards. The brand itself never failed to provide the best morning bagels and coffees. Having proper managers would change the whole dynamics which would bring more revenues for this brand.
The man at the counter was very nice and professional. He even gave my 3 year old free munchkins. So nice.
I live across the street from this Dunkin’ Donuts and I love it. The staff is always courteous, they rarely make mistakes on my orders and it’s always clean. Highly recommend
