Broken Dunkin customer service is horrible. First all when you go in at 5:30 they already got the drapes down saying it’s no more donuts but you see them taking out big clear plastic bags of donuts! They making the donuts around 3:00 before then it’s already empty. When you ask if there’s any donuts they give attitude like how disgusting can you be? Don’t like your job QUITE!!! don’t even get me started when you call the store and they don’t answer. Starbucks will always be front like no wonder the city commissioner calls it broken Dunkin’!!!
Pros: This location is very convenient for commuters. The staff is usually very friendly and works quickly to get you in and out. Donuts are always really fresh tasting.
Cons: The last few times I’ve ordered coffee it taste burnt or very bitter. Almost if it was old. The first time I told them it tasted off they apologized quickly and replaced my drink. The second time the cashier rolled her eyes and told the other worker another person was complaining about the coffee. They asked me if I wanted another one but I choose to change my drink for a lemonade instead. The third time this occurred I expressed to them that this seemed to be an issue and asked if others had complained about it as well. The cashier told me yes. And then asked if I wanted another coffee. I told her no and wanted a refund instead. I told the manger maybe something is off with their machine. Maybe it needed a more thorough cleaning but that the quality of the coffee definitely wasn’t like before.
Shout out to the 2 employees working this Friday morning (9/23) while there manager sat in the back and let them struggle there was a line to window and people started leaving. The employees are usually great but please fix your management before your employees start walking out too
I love this place , I go everyday before I go to work, they know my face as a regular to where I don’t even have to tell them what I want, they already know ! They make my iced and frozen coffee JUST RIGHT 😍🙏🏽
They gave my daughter a other doughnut and he really nice
