I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experience with the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hoped the Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag.
Have to go get my 2 orders of hash browns and my medium hot chocolate. It’s always made to perfection. Definitely a must stop on my way to work.
I go in to get midnight they have none. For the whole week none . If it wasn’t for Evelyn I would not even go . The new manager sucks
Ever since the renovation getting what you ordered has been downhill. Been visiting this location for awhile but since the renovation when you order your coffee you never get it how you ordered it even thou the receipt has how I ordered it. The first time after renovation I ordered a medium coffee 4 milk 4 sugar, I always ask for milk everywhere because I cannot have cream, what I got was a container full of cream and barely any coffee. I was so angry that I made the mistake of throwing it out instead of taking a picture since I had already left and was no longer near the area. The second was last week I ordered a large coffee 4 milk and 6 sugars and an old fashion, I make it very clear I want milk and informed what happened the last time, the cashier apologized and put in the order. Another lady prepares the coffee. When I get the coffee this time I make sure I verify and again cream was added and instead of an old fashion I get a glazed donut. I return the coffee and get it back with milk but no sugar. I decide today to give it one more chance I order a large coffee 4 milk 6 sugars and again I get cream no sugar. Obviously the renovation has affected how orders are prepared. For people with Food Allergies be very careful in this location, I’m not allergic to cream but it does affect me. If they can’t get or understand the difference between milk and cream this location has a serious problem. I personally never going here again.
The worst place to buy coffee. Customer service does not exist. An old man works in this place who has no patience to serve. The toilet doesn’t work
