So many fun hot dogs to try! We tried the classic Jillie Dog and the Chicago dog and we can’t wait to go back to try more!! We also talked to the owner and he helped us pick out which dog we wanted. Great local business and happy to support Jillie Dogs!!
I had the plain Jane with traditional fixings of mustard, ketchup, and pickled relish. It was the perfect bite, and cannot recommend enough. If you see their food truck, you gotta stop for a bite! It was a pleasure meeting the owner, John, and learning a little bit more about Jillie, too.
I saw their truck on the side of Rt. 31 in front of freight yard so I decided to stop. Thank goodness I did. Thank you for the best dog Iv ever had. Made my whole night, I had to find you guys online just so I could tell you! Hope to see you again soon.
Best hotdogs ever! Had them come and cater my sons first birthday. It was worth every penny! The food was delicious and John was an amazing guy to work with. We did Star Wars theme for my son’s birthday and changed the names of the dogs we chose to match the theme. John, be ready for a lot more birthday parties!!! You’ll be my first call for all of them moving forward!

Jillie Dogs catered my small outdoor wedding last Saturday. I am so glad that we hired them. Throughout the entire process John was so nice, enthusiastic, and responsive. The food and service during the event were excellent. The food truck created a really fun atmosphere that our guests enjoyed. They had a great time choosing their toppings and comparing orders with one another. Everyone said the food was delicious and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend hiring Jillie Dogs to cater your next event, you will not regret it!!!
