We ordered from here for a group of people. The food came on time and was hot. The garlic knots were amazing. The Sicilian was one of the best that I ever had. The crust was not dried out or hard. This would have been a five star review. One minor problem. We ordered a grandma vodka Sicilian pie. I would definitely order again, but I will definitely check the pizza next time before the delivery driver leaves.

As a fellow manager in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. I wanted to share some observations from my recent visit to your establishment that might help enhance the customer experience.

During my visit, I noticed that the cashier handling my transaction, Benetta, did not use basic courteous phrases such as “please” and “thank you.” The interaction was limited to “$1.96” and “here you go,” without a smile or any expression of friendliness. This made the experience less welcoming and professional.

I believe that incorporating simple gestures, like saying “please” and “thank you” and greeting customers with a genuine smile, can significantly improve the overall customer experience. Training your staff to maintain a polite and friendly demeanor can make customers feel more comfortable and valued.

Your restaurant is wonderful, and I appreciate the quality of your food and atmosphere. However, improving the customer service aspect, especially at the cashier, would enhance the overall experience.

Thank you for considering this feedback!

Restaurant employee touched a customer’s pizza with his bare dirty hands. His hands was so dirty. No gloves. So disgusting!! Never go there again.
(Update) Oh my god!!! While I was eating, there was steel wool scrubber piece.

GROSS! Apparently a chunk of wavy brown hair (about 2 inch long each) found on a mushroom slice is “normal” – according to the manager. I’ve posted the pictures of what I found in my pizza, so you can be the judge of whether or not mushrooms have hair.

I’ve been a huge fan of the food here.. until today. As my usual routine, I grab mushroom slices to go. I bit into it and found a chunk of unchewable hair in my mouth. Upon closer examination, there’s way more hair stuck in the cheese to be pulled out. I called the store and asked them how this happened and they asked me to return with the slice. I wanted to give them a chance to explain themselves, so I actually drove back with the slice. It gets worse from here.

The manager (male, did not get the name) was rude. He showed me his bucket of sliced mushroom (perfectly clean, no hair) and tried pointing to the brown under-side of mushroom is where the hair comes from. I told him I’ve never seen hair on white button mushrooms in my life. But he continues to stress that mushrooms have hair. He did not apologize nor did he think there were any issues. He had someone bag a new mushroom slice and told me to leave. There was zero apology and the manager was hostile and defensive the entire time.

I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about the hair chunk in my mouth, and from pulling more out from my slice. I also feel disgusted with how the manager handled the situation. I will not be going back. If you don’t want hair (or other non-food items) in your food, I’d also suggest not eating here.

Probably the best pizza joint in the area. The décor is modern and new and the seating was comfortable. The pizza counter has tons of choices to choose from; veggie pizza, grandma slices, panini, calzones and much much more. The staff are also friendly and there’s sit down service if you want something other than pizza.

As for the pizza, you can ask them to get it extra hot if you need when they reheat it in the oven and hot pizza is always more delicious than cold pizza! We got the hot honey, chicken cutlet and broccoli, caprese slice, veggie slice, Hawaiian and a few more. My favorite of the lot was the grandma slice only because I love square pizza. A close runner up was the chicken cutlet and broccoli; great crunch on the chicken cutlet paired with the softened broccoli was great. I love coming here and won’t stop coming back!
