I paid for food I didn’t receive. I was charged extra for more lettuce on my fish fillet and didn’t get any! There wasn’t even a whole piece of cheese used to make it. My daughter did not get her ten piece nuggets I paid for. Staff spent more time talking amongst themselves and looking at their phones instead of tending to guests. Very very disappointed in this place.
We don’t frequently eat at
McDonald’s but on this particular day we had the opportunity and chose this location. I’m glad we did. My wife and I ate breakfast and we were happy with the food and even more happy with the service.
The coffee was prepared exactly as I ordered it, and the pancakes and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and hash brown was good. The service was very good, very attentive with the attendant helping us at the order kiosk and then asking us at the table if we needed anything.
The atmosphere is nice, too; calm, relaxing, no drama from unruly customers, just pleasant enough to enjoy the food.
Ever since they glammed up this place the service is super duper slow . The update is nice the service sucks ! Take 20-25 mins to get your food line for pick up be at the door
Pretty good place.
Food is decent and Staff are somewhat Normal but sometimes the staff can be incredibly rude, primitive, and Difficult. Last week Saturday I went to McDonalds and I Ordered 2 Ten piece chicken nugget meals with large fries and 2 Oreo McFlurrys and my order number was 284, and there was this lady that was calling everybody else’s order (that ordered waaaaay after me) Before Me! And then when I FINALLY got my order this idiot DARED to ALMOST knock over the 2 Orero McFlurrys!!!! And then she started blaming somebody else for her mistakes🙄🙄🙄🐒🐒🐒 Other than that, this is a good McDonalds with ‘Questionable’ staff. I highly recommend you stop by here if you’re in the Bronx.

On 07/03/24 I was ROBBED IN THE PARKING LOT OF MCDONALDS 2516 White Plains rd Bronx Ny 10467 @ McDonalds for $180.00 has hired a private contractor towing truck to remove ur vehicle for eating at this location, called QUBA They are SCAMMERS, towing truck remove my vehicle, while I was ordering my food, I have my receipt & product that I purchased. there were a couple, that conducts scams on customers on McDonalds establishment, I was robbed for $180.00 the male demanded that I give him the money, before he remove if from his lift of the QUBA TOWING TRUCK, he’s light skinned and also had an accomplice working along side with the game. , these both are accomplice to crimes of forgery. I was only there to order my food while parked on the premises of McDonalds 2516 white plains rd Bronx ,Ny 10467 as I walked out of McDonald’s my vehicle was being taken away by the company of QUBA, they are SCAMMER!!! They requested $180.00 in order for my vehicle to be removed off the lift. Do NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE THIS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! to eat
