This is an outstanding Italian restaurant with great food, generous portions, reasonable prices and outstanding service.
For lunch there is a large menu where all dishes are one price ($16.95 when I was there in February 2024), but portions were dinner size. The restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating, so substituting spinach for pasta at a slight extra charge was no problem.
For dinner, the menu is as large as that in any diner. Truly amazing. And on a busy Sunday night we had no problem having our dishes customized just the way we like them.
A special shout out to our servers Allan (for lunch) and Pedro (for dinner). Both were extremely professional and efficient.
There is a large bar, and parking is very easy–the restaurant is located in a large shopping complex with tons of parking.
This is a great place to have a meal with friends or celebrate a special occasion.
I really liked the salmon pasta dish I ordered but we expected better for our second dish. What made me rate this restaurant 3 stars is the service. Our waitress took the order and never came back to ask how was our meals. When time to pay, we tried to catch other waiters attention 2-3 times to get some change. It was ridiculous, one waitress was next to us but completely ignored us. LEARN SOME BASIC COSTUMER SERVICES PLEASE
I love this place. The atmosphere is magical and the food is delicious – magnificent. Their portions are huge, just saying – you can take what you won’t eat home with you. The short ribs melt in your mouth and the tiramisu is heavenly. We all had a great time. Highly recommend.
It was a pleasant surprise eating at Banchetto, I have been in Rockland for years, and I am ashamed to say it was my first time . The food was great and loved the atmosphere.
You will leave full, plates are amazing as is the atmosphere and the service. Although a strong five, personally the plastic table coverings can be replaced with cloth very inexpensively relative to the overall tab.
Go and enjoy a great meal and a good time!
