I have been coming here for years & they treat us like family. The workers are so kind, your always greeted with a smile especially if Vito is behind the counter. They truly care and appreciate their customers. Been going here for over 5 years with my family the food never changes its always SO GOOD. The service is fast, you just feel so welcomed when your here by all the workers. Their pizza is so good, I love their veggie pizza. I ate so many throughout my pregnancy Vito always hooked it up with extra veggies he knows I like. They remember returning customers and always show appreciation for them. My daughter goes here a lot with her friend’s after school and they keep an eye on my kid cause they know her. How many places can you say you feel safe your child being there alone. Not just my kid many other parents love this pizzeria for that very reason. ROMA really is that neighborhood corner stone spot where you just fall in love with the place & the people. In there it always feels like family.
I’ve been coming here for years. I can honestly say this is the best pizza shop on Allenton Ave. The food is always fresh, fulfilling, and full of flavor. I’d even go a little further and say, the best pizza place in the Bronx.
Honestly the best pizza in the Bronx! I love this pizza shop and have been a repeating customer since forever! This is my hometown pizzeria and nothing ever disappoints. I’m a pizza lover and Vito never fails, EVER! I always feel welcomed and appreciated sorta like family. If you’re ever in the Bronx check them out! I always get the chicken parm slice or chicken and broccoli slice or even the chicken roll! Everything here is amazing the sauce is amazing and trust me I’ve tried so many different places but no one ever comes close enough! Thank you Vito and team! 🤗
I hadn’t planned on doing a review here it was just something to grab for lunch. I was so hungry I didn’t get a chance to take pics before I bit into it. I will be back though. First the size of the slice is bigger than most, EXCELLENT crust /crunch/ dough taste. not super greasy and excellent cheese to sauce ratio (not super saucy) reminds of pizza growing up in Queens in the 80’s. (That’s a compliment) overall its an excellent slice definitely in my top 8 slices in new york.
Best pizza I’ve had in years seriously I save half so I could have it for breakfast. and still have some left ove because it was so good I’m gonna mix up a salad, Italian dressing and get that bread of the pizza crunchy in the oven. cut it up small small
break it up and throw it on that salad wish a sprinkle of Parmesan..
