it’s been many years since I last had a white castle slider. Thankfully, the girlfriend treated me for Valentine’s Day and the cheeseburger, sliders and french fries and chicken. Wings were delicious. However, the order was placed online and after 10 minutes, she goes to the counter only to find out that they haven’t even started the order yet the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped and not even napkins helped. I would prefer to have taken the food to go, but it was very cold outside so we ate in and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. In the future, if I do want white castle, I would definitely go back, but I would take my food to go
Been to this White Castle numerous times. However, last time I was there, the meat wasn’t tasty. Maybe it was one of those bad days. The good thing is, the service was good and the fried clams are back.
The customer service sucked had me waiting forever for my meal after I told the 3 times I’m here for the mobile order burger was dry with no ketchup when I asked for extra ketchup it was one of the worse experiences I ever had there won’t be coming back to this one 👎🏾
This White Castle is one of the best White Castle I been to. The manager and his co worker was very friendly and also greeted me before taking my order. It’s very rare to find the service that they provided today with the utmost respect and patience. I really hope that they are recognized and the company is doing their due diligence to keep them both. The time is now 7:56 06/13/2024. I am honestly very happy to have came to this location for my breakfast. Thank you so much for your superior customer service. With these two in store they can definitely make executive decisions that would be a great impact for the business.
