I got a meeting here. I found that this franchise is cozy with a lot of tables and chairs in and out of it. I donโt see much of it in other Starbucks outlets in Buffalo. It has a wide range of parking spot and the staffs are really awesome for customers service.
I’ve been going to Starbucks for at least 20 years and idk why, but it seems like lately, management hires rude employees or ones that don’t know how to talk quietly about what customers order. It makes me not want to go to certain locations anymore which sucks because the ones that use to be good are on my way to work. Do better with hiring, please, or tell your employees to keep their rude comments and opinions about customer orders to themselves.
1st visit to this location.. and definitely not disappointed. Employees were very professional and friendly. .. food and drinks were amazing. Of course the atmosphere was fantastic. Id definitely stop by again..Recommended stop ๐๐ ( P.S the new “spicey” drinks are definitely different but good๐ ๐)
Absolutely magnificent coffee!! Just started going back yesterday. Haven’t been in 3/4 years!
Just left the store with a warm scone and no lavender matcha because I felt racially profiled by Maddie as she served people who checked out after me and ones that weren’t there yet. SMH! Asked for a refund of the matcha and I will never go back there.
