The pizza here is good and so are the wings. Never was a fan of blue cheese then I tried it here and was very surprised how good the sauce was. The service however needs to be improved on some of the staff are very rude and have attitudes at times. The parking lot needs to be bigger and the same for the actual store.
As a Canadian this pizza is easily worth the trip over the border. Slices are more than adequate and the service is incredibly quick and efficient regardless of how busy they are. Only found out about them recently but they’ve skyrocketed to the top of my list of favorite places to dine at every single time I’m visiting the US.
Francos is one of my favorite pizza places. Never a bad slice. When I’m in the area I always stop. My only complaint was that my pizzas were done about 15 minutes before the wings. So my pizza was a little cold. Still good!
I ordered 3 party pies with some odd requests. They were delivered hot, on time and everything was correct! Thanks Franco’s! We will certainly be back for more of your delicious pies!
Pizza is good but if they screw something up don’t expect them to take any accountability. Ordered on the app for some reason the app changed the pickup location from where I ordered to a different location. When I finally got to the correct location they did not have my order and tried to say it wasn’t ready yet. It had been an hour and ten minutes since I ordered. They clearly never got the order. I also showed them how the app was switching my location without me hitting it. The store wasn’t busy I worked pizzerias for ten years I know how it goes.Instead of offering a refund or even a decent discount they offered a free 2 liter. I pushed back and they gave me $5 off my next order I feel this was not enough. This is not the first time I had an issue with a disappointing solution, might be time to move on.
