We got greeted as we entered and seated right away. The restaurant was busy. We each had burgers from the order 3 promotion. I had the salad which was good. Ranch dressing which was not flavorful. We also had chips and salsa. Good chips! We each had a burger. Large patties and fries. Pink in the middle. I was not impressed by the flavors as they could have been stronger. The server was very attentive and pleasant.
Chilis is a chain like many others, fast and simple. But this service in Albany was excellent! Krista has a ton of tables to tend to as well at the bar and did so with expertise. She was pleasant, inviting and quick. On top of that the bar and adjacent tables are super clean no matter the amount tables she is responsible for.

On our last visit on Cinco de Mayo our experience was awful. Barely got any service seeing how we’re not being paid any attention and the Margaritas on the rocks the ice on them tasted so nasty they need to filter the water to their ice machines. Very bad experience.
Service was excellent. Price was way to high, portions were good but food tasted bland. Hardly seasoned. The salsa for the chips was extremely watered down.
We will never come back to this location, if we ever come back to Chillies we will be going to Clifton park. Kiandra was our “server” but more accurately was our order taker and nothing more. We ordered margs, drinks, starters and entrees. EVERYTHING came at the same time lol drinks, apps, dinner. I had the chicken fingers and they were cold and hard… clearly died in the window 20 minutes prior. I would have happily asked for a new order but after 10 min it was clear our “server” was not coming by. We all hadn’t eaten all day and cold chicken fingers was better than nothing. We didn’t see our server again until our last bits of our meal. Then we waited for the bill, took a while, but she finally brought the machine for us to cash out. We asked for separate checks from the jump and, of course, all our checks were wrong. Not the end of the world, but my sister sat there for 10 min trying to get her attention to fix the bills. She made eye contact with us 3 times but never acknowledged or came over. Finally, my sister had to get the host to help us. I’ll be honest, we weren’t expecting much from chilies because you get what you pay for, but I didn’t know that hot food and half decent service was too much to ask…..
