Believe it or not, I’d never eaten at an Olive Garden before. This was my first time. I finally tried it. I had an excellent first experience. The food was overall excellent, but what made it special was the excellent service by the server Laura who was excellent in every way. The general manager was excellent as well who checked on me a couple of times and was very welcoming.
-I was sat down right away.
-My food came timely.
-Refills came faster than I could ask for them.
-Food was excellent.
-The place was very quiet.
-Good parking.

Highly recommend this location.
Food and drinks were delicious 😋 Waitress made us wait a long time after bringing boxes . We ended up paying on the kiosk because no check was ever brought.
When we arrived the server took our drink order but it took forever for the drinks to come out. When the drinks did come out one was wrong. Food also took a long time to serve.
The restroom was in bad need of service.
Overall the servers were friendly & the food was good.
Full handicapped accessibility is a big plus.
I decided I was going to do Olive Garden Catering. Best choice for the price and it’s my daughter’s favorite. However, they need to do some MAJOR adjustments to the Create Your Own Pasta”. YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A SAY IN ANYTHING AS FAR AS CREATING! I called to ask for substitutions and well as price adjustments (which I was willing to pay). However, I was told I could not change ANYTHING on the “create your own pasta”. So I thought about it and figured maybe I’d call back and ask management if I could substitute the sausage for shrimp and they adjust the price (I was already expecting to pay more-no problem). Well he said no. I asked to substitute the marinara sauce-was told no. I asked if I could have two pans of fettuccine pasta instead of the spaghetti pasta-again told no. In any event, marina sauce , spaghetti pasta and sausage went to waste. NO ONE TOUCHED IT or EVEN TASTED IT. It is what it is but I did have to order a separate pain of the shrimp Alfredo which was a complete hit along with the chicken and meatballs (which I also asked for an additional 10 and was told I’d have to order another complete pasta station in order to get another 10 meatballs). I was plenty disappointed but more so glad this is all over. Will still dine in occasionally, but I wouldn’t cater again nor would I recommend it.
We were a party of 3 and arrived for a late lunch around 2:30pm on July 6, 2024. We were quickly seated as the restaurant was fairly empty at this time of the day. After being seated, it took forever for a server to come to see us. The table was very sticky so we tried to wipe it down with hand sanitizer. When the server finally came, we ordered soup and salad for all of us as well as glasses of water. The soup came out after about 15 minutes but no breadsticks. We did not receive breadsticks until after eating 2 soups and 1 salad. We even had to ask a second time for water 20 minutes after being seated. Highly disappointed with experience!
