Matt was great friendly and good quick service. Food was excellent as well and even though there was a minor error with the order they fixed it with no issues or complaints. Will come here again oh and all the meals have larger portions than before!!!
Unsurprisingly busy on Cinco de Mayo. To my amazement my companions and I only had to wait 20 minutes. I hear that the wait at the Farmingdale location was 45 minutes.
Our waiter, Dre quickly greeted us and was as personable as one can be when dealing with a packed restaurant. Our food and drinks were brought out quicker than we expected and there were no issues. Although I wasn’t able to order food or drinks via the table’s tablet I was able to use it to pay the bill.
I ordered the shrimp tacos and substituted corn for the rice. They’re not the best shrimp tacos but they did the trick. By the time I reached taco number three I deconstructed it and ate it without the tortilla.

It was my first time at this Chilis! We went around 10 pm (an hour before closing). It was very clean and had a perfect & comfortable atmosphere. Our waitress was very kind and the food/drinks were delicious! We were feeling guilty for being there right before closing, but she reassured us and we were not rushed at all… Thank you guys!!!!

Got the unlimited nachos with the cheesy dip, burger and the fajita combo.
I would love to see this Chili’s have more items in stock, especially considering how long it has been in the game. A franchise of this size should not be running out of basic items like beverages. The manager needs to oversee the inventory checklist more closely. Overall, it’s a great restaurant.
