The impossible whopper seems to be made to order yet the employees seem to get angry when you order this item. One of the employees yelled and cursed at me because I had to wait 15 minutes plus for my food and wanted to check to make sure I had what I ordered. When I got home, my sandwich was nasty, it was wrapped inside out, it was sloppy, just messy with nasty wilted lettuce. I just started eating at Burger King because of the impossible burger but the customer service and the ill prepared sandwich, I think I’ll pass, the sandwich is good but not good enough to be verbally abused and given something inedible. The way the employee spoke to me and threw a sauce as I drove off in addition to over cooked onion rings and the sloppy sandwich I’ll pass and let all my vegetarian friends know that it is a problem to order this sandwich which is not worth the stress. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Burger King, is this the way you do business? Is this the way you treat and serve customers? BTW, this happened 3 times at this specific location. Shame on you Burger King! You just lost several customers!

It is a nice clean with a good food along with little noice with very few guests. It has nice sitting area.
If you are looking for delicious fast food lovingly prepared and served with a smile in a cheerful and welcoming restaurant…this is probably not for you.
Believe all the one star reviews!!! We waited 20 min for two small fries, nuggets and two shakes. The shakes we only filled 2/3 of the way. While we waited they didnt take one more order as the line grew. There were over 8 people working but most were just standing there. The drive thru was getting longer outside. Those people were going to wait a loooong time When I asked for my order they looked dumbfounded and were not rushing

The food was fine. But in my visit my family and I noticed that the night team needs to better manage their attitude and the way they help drive through and inside customers. The Lady Neeca, please excuse me it was misspelled, she has a great potential, and if her customer service improves, she may be able to experience a better future in this career.
