Get donuts often.
However they often misunderstand, when I ask for plain donuts, by giving me glazed.
Will be checking, before I pull away.
Otherwise good speed in the drive-thru.
Haven’t been inside.

Isn’t the POINT of a drive through to be fast and efficient. This location is HORRIBLE. 25 min in line today for a coffee and sandwich. And then the girl stands there for 2 minutes with my order sitting right there…and she’s on her telephone! THEY SUCK at customer service and are incredibly slow. Then she’s snotty to me because I didn’t say anything to her….Why should I? Never again!
Pre ordered on Dunkin app and walked in to pick up at gas station combination location. Coffee was prepared, sandwich was not, due to croissant shortage. Substitute order was placed and as expected… Nice afternoon coffee and breakfast sandwich.
Worker handed me drinks without asking me to pay and without a clue in the world, and then when they were made incorrectly the manager became irate with me and argued how it they got it wrong in comparison to the app. Had to then come back through a THIRD TIME because they didn’t give me my food part of my order! Absolute joke of a franchise
Best Dunkin I’ve ever personally been to. Clean, quick, fresh and amazing employees. Shout out to Miranda, Dena, Blake and all the other employees. Don’t forget to tip some. They deserve it❤️
