Love my teas. Awesome to know that there is this awesome spot in Glenmont. Nice parking lot so I don’t gotta worry. Awesome decor and great staff. They have a lot of options of teas and protein shakes (24g…perfect. and only a little less than 300 calories). Personally I recommend any tea with cranberry or blue raspberry. Did I mention the sick wood decor and lighting.
Addicted to say the least. I always have the best workouts after drinking a tea! Super nice staff and always tasty. Would highly recommend Bahama mama
I’ve never been in here before, I’m always working out at the planet fitness next door, so today I decided to stop in and give it a try. The inside was very clean with some tables you can sit at to enjoy your shakes. I was surprised at how big the menu was with so many options for shakes and teas. The young lady behind the counter was polite and patient as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I chose the strawberry short cake protein shake, which was delicious and refreshing. My wife got the Timmy the tornado tea, which was also delicious. I got both drinks in the regular size, which came out to $13.75, which is not bad for the quality and taste of the drinks. I will definitely be back to try more flavors
Stopped in while doing some shopping in the area. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Capital District and across the state, it is very spacious with lots of great seating to sit and chat with a very friendly atmosphere. Love the availability of teas and the Holiday menu!!
Very mediocre. Was looking for a healthy shake or smoothie after a workout. Most of the menu is composed of sugary shakes. Got two different ones, a “Bakery” shake and a coffee shake. Tasted artificial and cheap. Employee informed me they use instant coffee for the coffee shakes, we could tell, tasted super weak. No fruits at all in the store.
Bare across the street is much better.
