After months of being closed to move to a new location Rt 11 Diner has finally returned. And how I missed it. The owner, Diane, is very friendly. The wait staff is courteous. The food is AMAZING (I highly recommend the Jailhouse Rock!). So happy to have my favorite breakfast diner back!!
The service is a bit slow. The food is amazing homeade food. I love coming here for breakfast. The tuna melt was a tad greasy last time. Although I loved the Mac n tomatoe soup. Breakfast is always on point and the sausage gravy and biscuit was amazing 👏
Studebaker loaded omelet. Delicious!
Jail House Rock breakfast combo. Yummy! Will go there again! Reasonable prices.
Average eating place. Nothing fancy but good food.
They could use another waitress. It’s Mother’s Day and one waitress was running her butt off, taking orders, running drinks, running food, cashing people out, cleaning tables. We were done eating when she finally got back around to us. I waited for a refill on coffee which I got just before I left.
Not her fault but poor management.
We have been there numerous times and only once were there two waitresses and she was not anywhere near as good as the one today. They need to pole their customers if they want repeat business.
Cute little diner on the outskirts of Gouverneur. Very clean and tables were spaced out nicely. Food was cold and burnt. The one and only waitress was overwhelmed, so extremely slow service. Need a new cook!!! Perhaps one that can cook. Waitress actually served the wrong food at another table.. probably won’t go back.
