    Very long lines, about a 10 min. wait for a hot tea. They seem to need staff help, or possibly better management. Every time I go there I have to hurry up and wait. Typically I don’t even stop any more and just go to a convenient store for my coffee or hot tea for the wife.

    Nice Dunkin, the service was great, slim selection on donuts and the place wasn’t as clean as others but they could of just had a rush. Over all good experience in our travels across the states

    Excellent donuts and coffee, obviously. I say “obviously” because every weekday morning, for quite an amount of time, the Drive-Thru line of cars is wrapped around the entire building. With cars still trying to join the line from the road, which regularly causes a legit traffic safety problem.
    THAT is how much people love the donuts and coffee here.
    Slow in the afternoons, though.

    First I waited in a fifteen minute line to order only to find out that they couldn’t scan the Dunkin app. I ordered my wife a large hot latte and when I got home we realized they had only filled the cup half way. It’s one thing for the scanner to be broke but someone made a deliberate decision to not serve me the large drink I had ordered. At $6 a drink it’s not a lot to expect what you pay for.

    So I already went here last week and my donuts were forgotten about. However Ryan with the long hair with that attitude of yours you’re better off not in customer service. Refusing to add whipped cream to my iced coffee because I didn’t order it at the speaker 😂
