No where near the quality of Rheinwalds which was at this location, the place was very clean and I wanted to love this place but it just not even close, for pastery I will only go dolce they make the absolute best I have ever had otherwise I have to travel to port Washington the French Bakery is amazing. Too bad because they could have learned a few of the signature fairs from the previous owners and made many people happy.
In the end because it has been disappointing and expensive I have been baking my own,breads ,deserts and donuts,cheese cakes . Pictures of my own products for my family only!
I love this jazzy little French Bakery on a rainy day. Delicious food – I ordered a Crepe with veggie omelette inside!
The coffee is also amazing.
Not a great tasting cake and decently decorated. I got the funfetti with buttercream and the texture was off and felt like I was eating sand,
it was very grainy. I asked for a very simple decor with easy words to write and it was off center, sloppy and no one knew what it said! Wouldn’t order again from here, staff was very friendly though!
Brought my daughter and friends for lunch and a homework session… the food was delish, the staff super accommodating and overall a great place for a ladies afternoon. Highly recommend the jelly donuts!
I’m heartbroken that I waited a whole year for my favorite cake and they made my cake wrong …..TWICE!!!!!! The second it was more painstaking that supposed managers Jessica and Isabella tried to convince me that the missing Bavarian cream side was actually Bavarian cream and not whipped cream🧐. My family and I have been getting the same cake for about 20 years…. (Floral park location). I damn sure know the difference!!! And after instructing me to just take photos, they have the nerve to tell me if they can’t help me without an actual piece of cake… (on the day after I called)to determine????? And then said : “nothing that they can do?”
I expected two things…. Really -replace the cake yet again or offer refund….
My birthday was ruined 😡 I did not want nor order whipped cream filling 😣. Who would order whipped cream filling alone😖
And the owner did NOT return my request for conference I’ve let messages at each location????
