Working on a final paper and decided to come to this new location to get some work done. The music was a little loud but I brought headphones to maintain focus. Inside is quite spacious and seating was distant enough to feel like you had room to breathe but still close enough to communicate with someone at the next table. Bathroom was clean and as well as the rest of the store. There is outdoor seating that’s enclosed for when the weather gets nicer as well. The menu is the full Starbucks menu for the most part and while they didn’t have any feta and spinach wraps they did have the bites and pretty much everything else in stock. I can’t speak for the other reviews but I think this location accomplishes what it set out to do and it’s easy to get to.
“Unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The store is consistently dirty, and on two separate occasions, I’ve been served food with hair in it. When I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and told that a refund wouldn’t be provided.
While I’ve tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt in the past, I can no longer recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the repeated issues with the quality of the food are unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons.”
Not bad
Unfortunately, I went through the drive-through and asked for the coffee that I’ve been getting from them for over two months now and I had asked for extra caramel drizzle which is almost 2 dollars extra and they didn’t add it so I went back through the drive-through again and they were very rude and they gave me a cup with coffee, milk and way too much extra caramel drizzle I’m extremely disappointed. The attitude of the cashier was ridiculous when I had went back to the drive-through and asked them if they can just add caramel drizzle to a cup and pour in the old coffee extremely disappointed do not recommend coming here. I will not be coming back.
Bunch of miserable obese people work here… absolutely embarrassing the way they speak to people. Management should monitor. Customer service is atrocious and that’s an understatement lol. Pls learn how to speak to customers.
