Rob is Making Pizza Great Again! Greatest slice in America hands down! Get Dave Portnoy (Barstool)down here to confirm! Food is amazing and it never disappoints. Love this place!!
On Mother’s Day, we went Gino’s because we have known this place for a long time, though this place has been going down. We thought give it another try.
We ordered Primavera pasta and Calamari Special.
The calamari is supposed to be fried, but it was soggy and the Gorgonzola cheese on it had rancid, chemical taste soaked into the calamari and broccoli rabe.
We told them the cheese must be bad, and when the waitress brought it out after “taking care of it”, the calamari was watery (going from soggy to watery) with other ingredients still having the unpleasant cheese taste.
It was horrible and inedible; the kitchen guy must have washed the original plate without cheese, and re-served the same.
Horrible, overcharging and uncaring people.
We walked wasting $66.00 with empty stomach, and Mother so upset!
This will be our last time here. Stay away! everyone.
Heard this place was good so I decided to give this place a try. Sent my daughter in there for 2 slices while I waited outside.To my surprise when we got home they packed the two slices one on top of another and on top of the first one,the bag was implanted in that one and on top of the second one, the plate of the first one was embedded in that one. Horrible. Waste of my almost $8. Not because a child went in to order you should take advantage of the situation. I was in a rush so I didn’t even think to look in the bag when she came out of the store. Very dishonest and sneaky.
Ordered a 14 inch margarita pizza, looks pretty sad. I was expecting to have some fresh basil. Called the restaurant back, they said it was during a rush hour and they forgot. When I went there to pick up the pizza, there are probably just 2/3 table with people, it wasn’t busy.
this place really went downhill. They also must be desperate for help. I grew up on this pizza, now it’s gross and makes me sick. I went in recently for a slice, the girl at the counter was coughing and wiping her nose. With that same hand she was handling slices. It was atrocious. Never again. This place is also really dirty and the counter staff look as if you’re bothering them when you come in. I don’t think they care because pizza is pizza right? No. the quality has really become gross. I found other spots that are better like fresh meadows pizza, it’s fresher and I don’t get sick when eating it.
