Good food, good people, is the slogan and pretty much fits the experience. After a 20-minute wait , we were taken to our table. The waitress was friendly and visually tired, which was understandable as it was a very busy day due to it being platsburghs graduation weekend. The food was pretty good, though there was a debate on the steak being 6oz or 8oz sirloin. You can decide via the pictures taken, and the service was as good as the staff was very attentive. All in all, it’s worthy of another visit.
I was pleasantly surprised. We just stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through.
My husband had a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup that was spicy and loaded with chicken and sliced tortillas. He loved it. He actually wants me to start making it for him. Yeah, lucky me.
I had the
e Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries. It was really good. The bacon was crisp, the chicken too and not greasy at all. I was amazed. The fries were a bit soggy and not hot when it came to the table.
Service could have been more polite and friendlier.
The food is always great, it’s a must destination while in the USA. Meanwhile the food is superb, it always feels understaffed. Saturday night and we had to wait 30 minutes to get a table and it wasn’t full, lots of empty tables. At least seat us and offer drinks or something? Obviously, the people seated after us got a waiter first!? We needed to ask for a waitress once we saw this. I can’t complain about anything else, just the lack of staff or bad management. Update December 2023… 1 hour of waiting…. 1 hour???? And a lot of empty seats. Seriously, this is off my go to list.
Andrea, our bartender, was amazing! Great and efficient service. The food, however, was 50/50. I expected macaroni in my 2-for-$32 Mac and Cheese but was met with penne (in hindsight, the menu image shows penne yet advertises macaroni in the dish name…) as well as a bland and lackluster ‘four cheese’ sauce. I enjoyed the chicken tenders, though, and the artichoke dip was nice. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing, too.

10 min wait though empty tables were seen galore. Ordered bacon ranch fried chicken sandwich. Got a bone dry, barely sauced sandwich after 25 mins. Wait service was solid, doing what they can but I could’ve gone to Market 32, which was yards away and probably had better. And cheaper.
