Had been here once before with friends and loved it. Had out of town company, so decided to make the drive from Rochester to Batavia to give them a royal burger treatment. All was excellent and they really enjoyed their experience. Had the “Everything is bigger in Texas” burger option (photo)… was delicious and just as tasty as the Louisiana burger I had the 1st visit. Highly recommend. Great serve staff.
Working from out of state. I wasn’t impressed one bit. The burger was dry, like they pressed all the juice out. Onion rings were greasy and over cooked. I did have a couple of beers on tap that were pretty good, but I can’t say that I would ever revisit the establishment.
As a celiac It was great to be able to order a burger and build a burger with no bun!! Lettuce wrap was great and added basil and pineapple? YAY – Very modern menu considering it’s a tavern! Clean and great Waitress

Food was pretty good, service was fast, friendly and thorough. The list of different burgers was impressive to say the least. The atmosphere was what made it… it’s a cute little spot to begin with but when the bartender realized that we had our little guy with us and he was the only kid in the place, he put Disney’s Cars on the TV over the bar. Would definitely go back if we’re in the area again.
I love this place personally but the service has gotten extremely bad at times and I understand that a kitchen gets backed up you can only do so much especially if your understaffed but when your server isn’t even checking on you and your waiting close to a hour for the check then you might have some explaining to do. Take out is what I prefer to do but even that’s been kinda shotty lately because I’ve ordered takeout on several occasions and have had my burger missing stuff or incorrect. Please do better this is a hidden gem in town and would love to see it succeed more in the future
