today is the last day i come here, horrible service. I ordered on the mobile app way ahead of time. By the time i go to the store there was a bag of food there but not mine so i had too wait. 5 mins turned into twenty minutes and finally finished my drink but was still missing the bagel twist. i should the lady what i ordered and the decide to give me the bag that’s been sitting there since i go there. A cold Begel twist that someone else ordered. I told her i wasn’t taking that because its been sitting there for twenty mins, the guy that heats up the food agreed and made me a new one. I dont mind the slow service but after this incident im done.
Don’t let this location make you settle for something else because they don’t have what you ordered on the app. THEY CAN, MUST GIVE YOU A REFUND IF YOU ASK. The receipt is generated at that location, they can use it to put the money back on your card. But what’s better: Don’t Go To This Location At All.
I would give them a low rating for not having a clean area and no bathroom .
Staff can’t comprehend anything that you ask for. I asked for one dozen donuts, she rang me up for two. I asked for one bagel with light cream cheese, she gave me two bagels with no cream cheese. I wanted to pick up the green icing donuts for st. patrick’s day for my coworkers, and they have nothing for the holiday, but they have decorations. This dunkin location has gone downhill completely.
The staff are HORRIBLE. I’ve never been to a worker Dunkin Franchise.

Literallyyyy NO ORDER IN THERE. Who is the manager ? It’s the only Dunkin near by and that’s why I think they do what they want and service the people how they want to. They don’t care.
I haven’t seen not one happy customer.

There is a lady screaming at the people. And a line to the back and a whole bunch of order waiting
But the people on the side that already ordered still don’t have their food or drinks 🤷🏻♀️ again who is managing this facility ?
