It was late and they were closing up and I was coming from the hospital and I was surprised how warm cheerful they were there and surprised the donuts were still fresh not stale. I left in great spirits and was pleasantly surprised
Ridiculously slow service. Be prepared to wait in line for ten minutes and then leaving out of exasperation because the line hasn’t moved in that time.
I usually get my coffee here before I head to work and the taste is never the same. Today I ordered a large latte and they put it in a medium cup then the girl realized that it’s supposed to be a large so she just poured my medium latte into a large cup and handed it to me. I also hate that they don’t wear mask or gloves there and are always talking in your food and coffee when they are preparing. Today was definitely my last day going here.
So I went to this location
And spend over $30 on breakfast,my 3 year old wanted to use the restroom but the lady name RUMA was so rude and didn’t even let the kid use the restroom……!!!
Can someone explain me why is that
The employees at this DD are unsanitary and careless. There’s one specific employee (Api) that’s what stated on her name tag seems to have a cold or bad cough. Walking around the restaurant near the food coughing with her mouth wide open around food products. The employees need to be watched preparing your food. I witnessed an employee picking off bacon pieces off a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have bacon. What if a person is allergic? This shouldn’t be done the employees need to be retrained on food safety at this establishment the employees simply don’t care it’s disturbing.
