The staff was very nice and service was quick. I just wasn’t a fan of the beef on weck. It was dry. The prices were about average. My daughter enjoyed hers but with the addition of horseradish. We also got mozzarella sticks which were good and jalapeno poppers which were very good
Quaint little spot with charm . The service was quick and efficient. Ordered the beef on wick which was hot and juicy with a side of French fries and gravy. The sandwich was perfect with plenty of moisture. Don’t forget to add the horseradish sauce ( wow what a nose opening kick).
I’d go again and try other items. All at a great price
Plenty of parking
While visiting family in the area, we decided to grab a quick lunch at the Pok-A-Dot diner since we were craving a good beef on weck. It said on the window that they’ve been famous for them for over 70 years, so we were definitely drawn in. Compared to others I’ve had, I found this one to be a bit dry, and it didn’t completely win me over. My fiancé had a hot dog that was pretty burnt. Good cheese curds though. Seating was definitely limited and it was hard to even find a table for three. I don’t see us rushing back on future visits.
First time visiting but I’ve heard from my husband how much he enjoyed the food and I enjoyed our visit very much. I will definitely be going there again soon, not to mention we’ve spread the word every day since going there! Can’t wait to visit again SOON ! ❤️
Hadn’t been in years. A must get cheeseburger with mixed peppers and onions, fries with gravy and a logenbeery drink!! Just like when I was a kid. Prices and food are better then any fast food place around. Worth a visit!
