The staff was nice especially cake make and vision creator (that is what I will call her). I was there for ice cream but the sample cake designs were great. I almost purchased one but I am only eating spoils one day Monday. See sample items often cake designs.
Itโs my first time here and I will definitely be going back. I had the curry goat, white rice, macaroni and cheese with a D&G pineapple. DELICIOUS ๐๐๐ฝ๐ Amazing flavor and quick, polite service. All the food looked tasty ๐. I donโt even live in queens but I will find a reason to come back just for JF food. Great!!!!
It’s funny that Google asks me for a review when I just had a bad experience today. The server was visibly upset when I had questions about the menu slapping the dish on her side. Bad enough I only went to her because the other server, one of the only two worker there at closing today had issues when I ordered the same meal previously. It seems like you can’t get good food and good service these days it’s either one or the other. Not all of the staff is this way, but it seems if you go during the evening or so for a meal for a party of 4 or more, then it’s a problem. Her coworker mumbled something in her ear before all this behavior so I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a transfer of spirit that caused her to act this way. Either way I told her to come back tomorrow with a beer attitude and left. I get that you had a long day, I get that you deal with irrate people all day long, but it isn’t fair to a customer that had nothing to do with those before them and I’ll gladly take my business up the road.
I will not revisit this store again, the customer service is so poor.. Last week Friday I was at the Rockaway location waiting to be served and the staff was arguing right in front of us, the lady in a yellow shirt and a big body black girl In blue shirt but the girl in the blue shirt was behaving as if it was her enemy she was speaking to due to her boisterous behaviour.
And why the staff has to be moving so fast? For when we ask them questions they can’t even stand properly to take their time and answer us without being yelled at to โmove fast and serve someone elseโ
I used to buy at other locations too but this one changed my mind due to the loud bantering and their impatience to take their time and properly service a customer for the rush is too extreme even when the place isn’t full. Even my cousins noticed that and buy somewhere else.
the staff is nasty and the food is not that good. I had a couple of good food experiences there but lately the food is BAD. I ordered a boneless jerk chicken roti and got this mess of a roti with bbq sauce,,,,,gross. NOT GIVING THEM MY $$$$$ ANYMORE and the women behind the counter are RUDE
