BAD MANAGEMENT an They supposedly open at 6am. It’s 6:25am and they are still closed where the employees are visibly inside. Waiting at the drivethru for 20 minutes after 6am where no one is taking an order.
The reason I gave this 1 star is because I couldn’t go lower. This establishment is nasty. Poorly managed! The employees are extremely rude and passive aggressive. I will never step foot back in this place.
This McDonald’s was good for me. The food was consistent quality with the brand. The service was good. My server went above and beyond. They were friendly at the window. I went through the drive-thru so I didn’t take in too much of the atmosphere but the drive-thru was tight and parking seemed scarce. I’d go back to this McDonald’s again and I’d recommend it if you’re in the neighborhood with an appetite for it.
After placing my mobile order and waiting about 10min I finally get my food to get home and find out I was short one nugget from a 4pcs.. Not sure why I had to wait 10min and they still missed something in my order so it’s a 1 star for me I guess check everything before leaving the store nxt time LESSON LEARNED
I arrived with my survey receipt coupon for buy one get one any sandwich at about 10 am. The general store manager would not honor the receipt survey coupon saying “they don’t accept those here.” I ordered a LG Diet coke and the same receipt survey is found on the top of the receipt slip. When i pointed this out to the general store manager, she said that “they dont take the survey coupons from other locations.” This general store manager flat out was lying and not cooperative and not following protocol. I thought my dominican sis would do right by me but she is hella stingy and rude. The window cashier however was super pretty, lovely, calm and collected throughout the experience, shout out to the diva.
