The service was good and the meal was a good price as well. Enjoyed with family and friends. Chicken were tender and tasty and my favorite is the mashed potato. Loved every moment of it. Will definitely be back
This Popeyes is on Parsons, close to the bus stop, train station and all the good shopping stores. It’s a very crowded junction, so Popeyes is always busy! The lines are long but move quickly, the helpful cashiers and chicken crew make sure that the customers are happy. The chicken, as usual for the majority of Popeyes I have dined at, is juicy and crispy. I see the workers coming around the dining area to make sure it’s neat and tidy. Today I finally tried the famous chicken sandwich and it was super delicious! I recommend that you download the Popeyes App, it had coupons too.
The service sucks there is a short indian women that worked there that’s very rude to customer and have a attitude everytime I shop there I’m going to report this location to corporate and too 311 for the nasty conditions it’s in I’m disappointed it them and the service they provide to customers who’s paying for there orders disappointed
Fried chicken was cooked properly, still fresh and crunchy. The staff were courteous. The food was ready fast. The entrance, register, and seating area were handicap accessible. The other customers were kind and friendly. The establishment was cleaned well.
I bought wings, however it didn’t seem freshly done, I took it back the manager was quite nice he changed the meal and I felt satisfied, how he dealt with the situation.
