Could not have been more disappointed in our dining experience. Our cocktail was made incorrectly, the bartender came over and offered the missing ingredient (tonic) after we were served. “Bread” was a special (on request) option, that was added when requested. Our steak was cold/warm….even after advising the busboy/server to heat it again. We got our meal in “sections.” Very disappointing. Our faces must have shown it as the waitress did the “right thing “ (why we gave the one star) and waived one drink and offered a “round on the house.” (Much appreciated, but too late. Oh yeah, one more, coffee requested, but decaffeinated not available. This is not a grand opening weekend and the prices reflect a steak house. Very disappointed. Do not recommend

We dined here tonight and we were seated promptly. The server was pretty friendly and brought us our drinks quickly and took our order. The appetizer came out really fast only 10 minutes after we order which was pretty good for this place. One thing that was a big shocker is the two steaks that we ordered came out in under a half hour which is an incredible speed for steaks. The steaks themselves were alright, a little overcooked on one side but overall pretty good, they chopped it up for us even. The reason why I’m giving 3 stars for the food instead of 4 is the desserts. I ordered a peanut butter brownie and the peanut butter was just way too overpowering for me so I sent it back, that is what cost this restaurant a star. Now for the atmosphere let me explain the two star differences, one star was because it was very loud and I was unable to enjoy a nice meal with tables close together and people shouting. The other thing that I really didn’t like was the walls were covered by ugly wallpaper and green booth things covering the back of the wall which I thought was pretty ugly so that’s why I deducted two stars for that. Now the one thing that made the difference in my overall rating was the pricing, $90 for a ribeye is just ridiculous. I can buy one from the store for much less money and higher quality so that’s what did it for me. $255 without alcohol for two people is just a lot of money for two people and I can go to a different restaurant for 1/4 less of the price. I say this place is okay but it’s really expensive for the quality you’re receiving and they could improve significantly in food and atmosphere.

I’m not even sure where to start…Whether it’s the delicious artisan drinks, the mouth watering steak tartare, the seafood platter with raw oysters and clams that were amazingly fresh and cleaned or the prime aged steaks that our table was politely fighting over…Everything was a winner.

The friendly banter with the bartender made the place feel even more like home. And to wrap it all up, the owner walked up to our table to make sure that everything was to our liking. What a nice touch! One of our favorite restaurants by far and a MUST VISIT type of establishment!

Oye, service was rough… for a restaurant with such an intimate atmosphere, the service was very poor.
No hostess to be found upon arrival, basically sat ourselves after telling them we had a reservation.
The staff seemed more interested in flocking and chatting by the bar 5 of them at one point, rather than realizing that my wife and I had no silverware for our salad course, this happened once again when our entrees came…
Except this time no plates… the waitress realized something was missing and took serving spoons from the host stand and placed them in our sides… still no plates… although it embarrassed my wife I took plates from the unoccupied table next to us… it seemed that nobody even noticed. It is very unfortunate because the steak we ordered was cooked perfectly and the Mac n cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant, very unfortunate but it seems to be the norm for many restaurants these days.

The vibe is great, the service was great. The food was just good though. I feel like if I’m spending $100 on a steak it should be tender and delicious. I felt like my husbands Aldi steaks at home are better. I’d go back and have a burger. Feel like you can’t be too disappointed with a burger.
