Only giving this place a two star because the waitress was really nice. I ordered a blooming onion and it came out practically raw. The blooming onion in the picture was when they remade it and some of it was still raw. I ordered my steak well done and it was still pink in the middle. The waitress was real apologetic and removed my item off the bill which i really appreciated. The restaurant it self is nice but definitely would not return on my next stay in Lake George.
This is a great little spot with excellent craft beers and food. We are locals, and we find ourselves here often, and our daughter loved all the animals, and the sounds of the thunderstorms gave it that lodge feel, which was great! I got the Adirondack cheesesteak, I was extremely hungry and stuffed the whole thing down.
It was pretty good. The server was very friendly and the decor was unique. The food was average but wasn’t bad. Would likely come back here!
Decor was unique, a little annoying
Server was friendly. Food was sub, sweet potatoe fries were over done, regular fries made me feel sick. Salad was bland.
This restaurant has a very friendly and efficient staff; service was great. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I ordered the lunch special, a shaved beef gyro. It sounded good because I had been thinking about Greek food earlier, so I ordered it. It was remarkable only in it’s blandness. The item arrived in a flour tortilla with plenty of beef and decent cucumber, tomato mix. The “tzatziki” tasted like plain sour cream. I was disappointed but I ate it as I was ravenously hungry. $20 is a bit much for yesterday’s leftovers but it’s a tourist town so I didn’t expect a bargain. Not a favorite place for me.
