A cozy seafood restaurant we stumbled upon Great Neck. Open kitchen style and decor was tasteful … I thought I was in Manhattan. We ordered the octopus for appetizer and grouper for dinner. Octopus was grilled well and yet remained soft not gummy. The seasoning could have been better though. Balsamic as seasoning didn’t do much for me. Grouper on the other hand was delicious. Dishes were all creatively plated. Staff were accommodating. Glad to found
Sea bar and definitely we will come back.

Owner Giannis is very nice, friendly, and funny.
Foods are excellent. Tried few different types of fish for 3 visits within 2 weeks. All dishes taste great for me and my wife.

There was a buy one get one free deal on Ubereats so I decided to give Seabar a try and opted for their Lobster roll. It was pretty plain but good: lobster & lettuce on a buttered bread. Fries were still crisp when they arrived. No complaints
First time here. Great place. They start you off with hummus and warm bread. Nice owner and staff. Good comes right out. We enjoyed oysters which were big and great. We also ordered crab cake, lobster roll and fries, lychee martini, and what not in the picture old fashion and shrimp tacos!
We found this place on our way home to Jersey! Grateful
I ordered fried shrimp and the shrimp. I receive, they’re not just soft, but they have no breading on them. Incredibly disappointed would not order from here again.
