I had asked for napkins because they didn’t put any in the napkin holder the lady gave me 3 my mother needed more so I went to the counter and asked for more the lady caught a attitude and said I just gave you some. They are very rude here don’t go here. I ordered a iced match latte and almost threw up from it
Their coffee lids dont even fit the cup!!!! I spilled coffee all over me. I dont know how this place has 4.0 overall review. This dunkin is ran by lazy workers.
I had a terrible customer experience at the dunkin’ at the location, 3326 21st Long Island City, NY 11106.
This employer named ‘Jenifer’ who had fake eyelashes, multiple ear piercings, brown eyes, a dior necklace, a black mask, black hair. She was young and was giving me a lot of attitude and had no customer service. Disrespectful while I was still ordering, she jumped into the next customer. I asked for half a pump more of caramel and then she didn’t give me the exact amount I asked for and didn’t offer to remake my drink. She left while I was still speaking to her and then she rolled her eyes at me while i was walking away. And the drink is not enjoyable as I would have liked it.
I went to get croissant with egg and cheese and while eating the croissant I noticed it had green mole on the outside! The bread at this location is spoiled! I don’t recommend this place for food they are selling bread that is not fresh
I love the customer service here, very fast food. Food is very good and nice.
