Great Costumer service and I enjoyed the different flavors of Ice cream.
It’s my neighborhood Dunkin and it has never disappointed me! I usually order ahead via the app and when I arrive, my order is already waiting for me.
In addition, they keep the place pretty clean and tidy. What more can one ask for?
Finally – if you’re not in a rush, they have some seating inside for your convenience.
Pro-tip: Love ice cream? Good! Me too! They have a Baskin Robbins section in the back. 😁 🍨
They don’t put any care into their orders. I understand if it was like this when they were busy, but when no one is in the store they constantly refuse to read orders and forget to put in either cream or sugar. They don’t fully cook their wake up wraps and often just throw the ingredients in the bag without bothering to assemble. Also I’ve never once been greeted when I enter. I always say hello and thank you and it has never once been returned or acknowledged. I know it’s just a dunkin and I don’t expect anything amazing, but if they were to put in just a tiny bit more effort it would go a long way.
I was visiting a friend in the area and I have to say I wished I lived near this Dunkin’. The service is outstanding and my order was prepared in seconds. I was baffled and could not believe my drink and food was in front of me at that rate. I appreciate how kind and efficient the staff are. The prices were also significantly lower than what I pay in my neighborhood or workplace. I wish more franchise owners would use this one as the model to follow. Thank you!
I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and instead I got a rock. This bagel was totally burnt and it felt like eating a rock because of how hard it was. I didn’t expect this from Dunkin and I will surely never come back. Very Disappointed.
