A quaint homey feeling restaurant with great quick service and delicious food. The Japanese fried chicken was the crunchiest most perfectly cooked chicken I have had it pared well with the mayo side. Takoyaki was amazing I would order it regularly. My wife had cold ramen it was very delicious and refreshing. The shrimp was perfectly crispy in it. The cold noodles and sesame dressing paired well with the tomato, peppers, onions and avocado. As for the main I had Tonkatsu the word to describe is wow. Really enjoyed the marinated egg and pork. I will be a regular here it’s that good. Definitely try it.

Amazing food! Great atmosphere… you never feel rushed. It’s small but spacious enough to enjoy good food. If you can try out the soft shell crab bun and tonkotsu ramen.

as a big ramen lover, I was looking for a restaurant on my way home and came to this place. What can I say? It’s a pretty nice place, the interior is clean and well maintained. The ramen turned out to be quite tasty. I can recommend it to ramen lovers 🙂

Had this place on my list for a while and finally I had the pleasure to eat here for dinner with my family.
Amazing service, excellent food, lovely ambiance (very clean and organized bathrooms).
Out of all the three different ramen we ordered the Chicken Shiro Ramen was our top and favorite one, amazing flavors, fresh and tasteful, full plate served with generous noodles we were very satisfied with the food here. Pork buns are probably the best I’ve had in a very long time and the Japanese style fried chicken absolutely mouthwatering, non greasy & extremely delicious.
Only thing we did not like was the fact that their internet was down & only cash was accepted at the moment which delayed us from eating and we had to go find the bank to get some cash out other than that we will be back to try more from their menu.

Just had an unforgettable meal at Fuyu Ramen. The Tonkatsu Ramen was a savory delight, featuring a broth that was the perfect balance of saltiness and soy sauce flavor. The chashu was succulent and flavorful, not dry like at some other places. They also nailed the ramen egg, cooking it perfectly to complement the soup.

The Takoyaki was another standout. The brown fried balls were crispy on the outside while maintaining a juicy tenderness inside. While I would have loved more than just the four they serve, each one was a burst of flavor that kept me wanting more.

The Small Pokebowl was exactly what you’d hope for. The raw fish was served at a warm temperature, which I appreciated, and the balance of flavors and seasoning was spot on.

But the star of the show, surprisingly, was the Yuzu Lemon Beverage Mint. This fizzy drink was incredibly refreshing, especially after a hot day. The chunks of pickled lemon and minty freshness made this more than just a beverage, but an experience in itself.

Aside from the great food, the service was top-notch and the restaurant’s atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, feeling almost like a home away from home. A pleasant surprise was the separate sink for hand-washing, which shows their attention to detail.

I highly recommend Fuyu Ramen for anyone seeking an exceptional Japanese dining experience.
