Employees working at this location(McDonald’s Osborne Road) should get some counselling on how to work in a customer service job, as I could not believe myself that the staff can be so irritated on people coming in for placing or picking their orders. World’s worst staff hired by the owner of this store, especially the Asian dark complexion looking man and a long loose hair lady in the food industry at the food service. So many negative reviews I just saw about them and that made my mind on never to visit this location ever and I will share this incident with my friends so that they would never visit this store. We are in this neighbourhood and we don’t think we deserve this kind of dirty behaviour around us.
Osborne road McDonald’s staff especially the manager and a lady with long lashes and long loose hair needs to learn some basic ethics. I was near the door and I heard the manager was sworing a lady and was threatening her to leave the store or he will call the cops. The lady seems calm Middle Aged as she was waiting there very quietly for her order, no matter whatever the issue was but no job gives any employee the training to misbehave with customers or drivers. I don’t know if the place actually wants the customer or not but seems like that the store and the owner of this location does not want any customers to come and place their order from this store. I myself being a female felt very uncomfortable after seeing the rude, and unprofessional behavior of the manager. I decided not to go on this location ever if the staff continues to behave in the same way then people would stop coming in and McDonald’s will not be popular in the community.
Wanted to substitute a milkshake for a soda when I bought a meal combo. Apparently this was too much to comprehend with the girl at the drive thru window. She was rude and arrogant.
Worker was very rude, nobody in the dining room and we were waiting for our food and she tried to make us leave because we had other food. Never have I ever been directed to leave a Mcdonalds for having other food while waiting on the food we ordered. Attitude was completely unnecessary, they weren’t even busy.
So when we went there the floors were clean. This McDonald’s puts large fries in a bag and puts food into cartons, not bad, but fries could be better. The thing I wanted to talk about when we got a happy meal for my brother. The food was good, but the milk he ordered it was half drunken and open. He maybe could’ve got sick. Never buy milk from this McDonald’s.
