So I usually like tropical smoothie but this here is too much imagine you’re $10 smoothie is full of pieces of fruits and ice can’t even enjoy it through the straw btw this pic is only a bit of what was in my smoothie imagine each time you placed your order this is what you get I called them and told them it was not fair to customers that’s paying $10 for a smoothie and for this to always happen guess what they did nothing so here we are that was my last 10 with tropical goodbye
I had a great time here with my wife. The cafe was clean, the staff were so nice, specifically Maddie and Cindy. I had to get their names before I left. I had a hard time choosing a smoothie and they helped me so much. They also made the smoothie and food super fast. Thank you so much to those girls
I asked for no ice and the girl(working on Saturday morning) who works there gave me an attitude and rudely placed my drink on the counter. How is ‘no ice’ a problem?
I just wanted to come on here and talk about the amazing experience I had with manager Lauren. She went above and beyond to help me and my children get the smoothie that was just right. Tropical smoothie needs more personable and sweet girls like Lauren in their stores. 10/10
My daughter has spent over $125 in the last 4 days there. Twice your
weak cups have not held up, I have a picture of the bottom completely fallen through. Friday night I didn’t complain . This morning she goes
again we get home, my son takes the smoothie out of the cup holder
it goes all over my dining floor❗️I call and all they say is it didn’t happen there, we’ll that’s not good customer service ❗️Spoke with Analysse, , now I have to wait til tomorrow to speak with the manager Lauren.
