For starters, I love Chipotle, however not so much at this location. The soda fountain was mixing water with almost all choices. When I let the employees know they asked me if I knew which ones exactly which one and I have the info for the ones I had tried. There were others as well. Their reply oh yeah we know their out and haven’t been able to get any in….
..well makes sense. Maybe you should put put out of order on there just a thought. Then they did lol
Next the farmers natural drinks almost gone asked nicely if they could replace since the pop was all but working….their response was oh yeah let me see if I can get someone to do that.
Sat for my meal and it was never filled which sucks. The place was dirty and took forever for someone to clean the tables. They also give you very little meat and shake off any access meat cause heaven forbid you get a full spoonful. 😉 yeah ill stick with my ridge road location in Greece big spoonfuls clean tables may be packed a lot buttt it’s better!
    Thanks

This location has consistent issues with food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. It is the only location within 45 minutes of Batavia, so I want it to be good, but unfortunately it is not. Our last experience(May 06, 2023) resulted in 3 meals being thrown in the trash due to quality issues. The restaurant was also filthy and the staff appeared to take deliberate efforts to decrease the amount of work they had to do, all at the expense of their customers. They did not have any of the farm fresh beverages avaliable and the dinning area was filthy. The rice was so undercooked it was crunchy, and the chips were saturated in oil and salt. My wife brought them back to the counter and without saying a word the woman working grabbed them and handed her another bag. It was if she already new they were bad. The second bag was no better. The garbage was over flowing, and they also placed do not use signs over the other cans in an attempt to limit what they had to clean. This location needs a major overhaul…. Update, attempted to give them a second chance on 6/14/2023. I placed an online pickup order with piers. They forgot half of the order and also messed up the other orders. One was supposed to be a bowl and came as a burrito (with a label that said bowl). I then had to call corporate to request a refund because the store cannot process them.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from the location. My daughter ordered a burrito, and I ordered a bowl. My daughter had to spit out her first bite because she had a clump of salt in her mouth. Upon eating my burrito, I noticed my rice was extremely salty. Never had that happen at any other location. And to make matters worse, I asked for a side of vinegarette. They charged me $1.60 what’s pictured.

Honestly, it was a pretty blah experience.

Went in to pick up some to go food to feed the family back at the hotel. Took a while to get through the line. Only had one person trying to get through all the orders…

Ordered a couple of tacos for the kids. Tons of beans and chicken… So no real complaints there other than too many beans.

Also got a pair of burritos. Both of them had over cooked tortillas so they fell apart because they crumbled. The innards were fine.

Also got chips and guac. The chips were kind of stale and under salted. The guac was fine.

I’m a service worker and know how hard service industry works. However this location seems to have many workers that don’t care about putting out good food/just don’t care at all. I’ve had my order messed up more times than you can count. The first time I ordered a quesadilla online I sat in the drive thru to pick it up for 15 minutes when it was supposed to be ready at 8:30. I sat there till 8:45. Finally got my food and was on my way. I got home to eat and waited 15 minutes for corn salsa and sour cream. No quesadilla. I went back and explained what happened to the woman in the drive thru and she responded and said “yeah” that was it. Today I tried again and I don’t really need to explain this it clearly explains itself 😂 that clearly isn’t a quesadilla shell. And if I ate it I would’ve consumed tinfoil.
