Delicious and a unique Kosher dining experience. The decor is very nice and the outside is deceptively bland compared to the beautiful inside. Although we did not get to use the tatami room with only 2 people, it is beautiful and hopefully next time we will be able to dine there.
The owners are great! KYO has been a dining staple for many years. They have some very interesting appetizers and entrees. A little pricey but it’s glatt kosher so expected. I love the Asian inspired booths.
I had a nice experience there last night. I ordered the Herb Salmon and Mango Tango drink and thoroughly enjoyed both!
I loved the decor or the restaurant as well.
Food’s amazing. It’s a japanese Style restaurant you will get stuff that are authentic so it is interesting and sometimes you don’t like some of the food but some of it is amazing. You just have to be able to explore new foods
we have been eating here for decades (since 1983), not sure why i never reviewed before, their hanger and rib eye steaks are my favorites, their sushi are all excellent, atmosphere is upscale, wait staff range from good to excellent, among the most reasonably priced upscale kosher restaurants in Rockland County. when i moved here in 1983 they were already well established.lots of vegetarian options,
