3 Times I’ve given this Dunkin a try 😬 Everytime has been a disappointment. Between wrong orders, poor service, and watered down drinks, I’ve had enough. They almost never have new drinks in stock (even though their signs advertise them). Today I actually got nauseous from my drink after a few sips – I threw it out – something wasn’t right with it. This Dunkin needs some serious management help. (Pretty dirty too 🤢)

June 2022 UPDATE:
Well, I gotta say. I’ve been here twice recently and it’s been a better experience each time. The staff has become kinder, and the room is somewhat more clean than it was previously. Unfortunately they have been “out” of the drink I have ordered twice now (yet u can get it from another Dunkin 3 miles away) I have raised my review to 3 stars from 1. I’d like to see what my next visit brings before changing it to 4 stars.

Dunkin Donuts is a huge company and has strict quality standards. I get the avocado toast here a few days a week with bacon and an order of snackin bacon. Today this is what I received. Matted bread with peice of cardboad on it, without bacon topping. Bacon not warmed up.
Such a bummer because certain people here work very hard.
If you’re the franchise owner or business manager, reading this is crucial for improving your store’s profitability. Prioritize investing in your staff and training them in excellent customer service. I had a negative experience where the front desk employee ( working on 10 th of November 9 am , women and a guy ) was rude when I asked for missing items in the order, and they don’t want pack your order properly. When I addressed the issue, he became aggressive, making me concerned for my safety.
These days, it seems like everyone is focused on making money, often overlooking the importance of humanity and compassion.
Rude angry employee. When I ask for the $3 dollar egg and cheese. he said “that not the price.” while ripping me appart
Bait and switch on prices. Menu on overhead large display gives phony prices. It Says in large green picture $1 for donut or $3 for egg and cheese sandwich. In unreadable writing it says you have to buy a full price coffe to get that price. True american con job. Shame on them. check it out for yourself.
I can’t go here anymore. The hours posted are never honored. I’m always there at 5am when they open and they’re never opened. I have to be to work at 5:15am so I can’t sit there forever. Either open on time or change your hours permanently. Either way I will never be back. They have left me sitting in the parking lot way too many times for me to keep paying for their coffee.
