What a beautiful birthday dinner I had. The service is exceptional. I do Appreciate all the staff and their hard work. It truly was a beautiful place & experience. As this was one of the first times I got to experience something a little more, Let’s just say fancy! We will be back! I highly, recommend this restaurant to any others as well. Enjoy. We sure did. Ty Prime & Staff.
Delightful decor and delicious menu. Best crabcake I have ever tasted by far.
The double mirror above the bar allows the guests to see ships in the harbor as well as the sky.
Great wine list. I adore the place!
Ordered some melts blue cheese that was amazing with their fluffy fresh bread.
Will spend my “cheat” day here often when I’m not counting calories 🫶🏽🌸💖
The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was so good! He explained the menu and offered suggestions for portion sizes for our group. I had the tuna and it did not disappoint! We had sushi to start and brussel sprouts and mac and cheese to split for the table. Everything was so good! The atmosphere is very nice. We sat in the formal dining room and took pictures outside after dinner with a nice sunset over the harbor. Definitely recommend and will be back!
Very good food, a definite splurge with very high prices. Our waiter made many many mistakes, three tries for a drink, one primer/appetizer forgotten until I asked twice more, no candle for a birthday dessert as requested. Not the service you expect at the $xxx+ price point per person at all.
The location is lovely, especially the outdoor seating at sunset- just stunning. Better umbrellas during sunny times, especially those that tilt, would be excellent.
Food: we ordered five primers- the sesame potato loaf (bread) with truffle butter. This was excellent though was the one that was forgotten until I asked two more people to get it. The gnocchi was also very good, Caesar salad as expected, nothing to make it stand out but fine. The side of Mac & cheese as a side was very good. Little neck clams were also good.
Mains: we ordered two orders of Wellington (good), filet mignon (very good) half chicken (good but they hassled me about swapping grits for other side) and the everything crusted Montauk tuna (good, but pretty small)
Desserts: chocolate cake (good, huge slice, should offer ice cream as choice as it is slightly dry) crème brûlée (very good) and cheesecake, very good.
Sides were excellent. Crispy Brussels were perfect. Asparagus was very good. Mashed potatoes good but thinner than expected.
Drinks were just ok. No sweet tea- they had to bring a side of simple syrup, sangria was a little watery and not highly flavorful, then we had one margarita drink messed up twice but they got it right finally on the third try.
Overall, very nice food, stunning gorgeous location, below average service.
We had a large birthday party here. They put us in a dark windowless room, whereas we had booked here because it’s a waterfront restaurant They didn’t tell us before that our room would be so dark and dingy. Service was slow to start but they picked it up later. Food was akl right. But lot of things were not in the per head rate that we were quoted. Drinks were extra . Overall I felt this place was a bit overpriced for the quality of service and food.
