    I was there for dinner for 3 , ordering was easy – one could order directly with the cashier or with app or with self service kiosk. Cashier Leonard was super helpful in answering all of my queries. even though store was about to close , he helped getting my queries answered with a smile at the end of tiring day.

    One of the employees Rosa gets lots of kudos to keep store clean and maintain the hygiene. She was constantly working to keep every table clean. Very inspiring.

    Overall, food is good except the French baguette was extremely hard. We have eaten at this store several time but this time the bread was really hard, something that needed to be looked upon.

    Overall good experience , would rate about 3.5 as there is room for improvement. I would definitely be coming back here .

    So, I placed a delivery through the app at 1:10PM… at 2:15PM and two phone calls later, the order finally shows up, and you guessed, it was not my order.

    Phone back and when I finally get through Panera blame Door Dash for the mix up. Really can’t understand why it would be the delivery services fault. My colleague ended up picking up the original order at 3:20 which looked like it was thrown together. Quite an irritating experience really. No apology……nothing. What happened to quality service and customer focus?

    My first-time doing lunch here. Will give it a 10. Tomato soup was delicious-and the chicken and avocado sandwich melt was truly superb. No delays with the order, it said 12:30 pick up….and everything was ready when I arrived. Will do this again.

    Today, I went to the store and left with my order…..everything was outstanding. I guess the lesson here is to go get it from the store.

    I Suggest avoiding this location altogether. This place serves obviously rotten food. How can someone preparing salads not see the rotten jalapeño, lettuce & cheese and instead of tossing it out or telling the customer they are out of jalapeño & other items they serve it anyway? Who does this? And for human consumption. I no longer patronize this Resturant or any in its chain as this is an integrity and system issue. Many life threatening conditions can arise from consuming raw, rotten produce and cheese including listeria and other bacteria that can cause food poisoning and other health problems. Rockland county health department needs to investigate & revoke their food handling license. This is a shame. I would not have anyone eating here with special caution for pregnant women, children, elderly and the immunocomprimised. Stay clear of o Panera Nanuet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Be warned that this location is a franchise! I ordered a Family Feast that included 4 half sandwiches, quart of soup, family salad, and supposedly whole French baguette. The Nanuet is $53 including tax. It’s $36 for the same meal in Suffern. I called customer support to find out if this was an error on the app. Nope, it’s a franchise and they can charge different from the chain location. Never again! Done with Panera. Oh the salad is a whole salad enough for one person and they forgot the French baguette!!!

    Horrible service. Rude employees. Bugs all over the walls. Dead and alive. Employees get angry when you ask for certain things. They are open till 9 but won’t let you buy something at 840 because they want to throw it away. Or donate it. Why stay open till 9. Worst Panera bread I have ever been too. Horrible customer service.dirty dirty too
