This Sunday evening, I stopped by to get matcha tea. Only two of the five workers behind the counter assisting customers. I have to wait over 5 min to place my order and then additional 10 min to get my hot matcha latte at room temperature – crazy I won’t be visiting this Starbucks again. I felt incredibly let down with this Starbucks.
This is what your breakfast sandwich will look like if you order from this Starbucks. Second sandwich in a week so at least they are consistent! Since it’s too hard to line up the bottom and top of an English muffin the result is almost all the cheese is gone, it melts fully into the wax paper–then, heat from the uncovered egg steams the bread making it wet and stuck to the paper—a real morning treat. It truly takes a special person to mess up a sandwich that comes premade this badly, but it happened twice so far. Although my dog is happy he got the soggy treat, I won’t waste my money at place charging $8 for a coffee drink with people who don’t care what they’re putting out. Hands down, one of the worst Starbucks in the tristate area.
They don’t read what they need to read to make the drink you asked for. I could just stay home and make this myself the way I want to and not pay so much for the drink. Also, what is up with how they make my turkey ham breakfast sandwich? It looks like they threw it in the bag and threw it onto the table. The bread and all the ingredients were separated and I had to put together again the sandwich. I won’t return.
Normally I love coming into this Starbucks however there is an employee tall, glasses shoulder length wavy hair , male who didn’t have great customer service. For one it felt like he didn’t even want to be there and it showed in the way he spoke with me. Secondly another lady in front of me ordered a similar drink and was told about the half off discount without even having to scan or have the app and was given the discount. When I went up I wasn’t told about the discount and when I brought it up was treated poorly. This employee always has a weird attitude like they don’t like being there and makes the customers feel as so.
Where do I even begin? The place is a disgusting mess, the floors and walls are filthy and sticky, I even saw a mouse in there one time. The service is terrible, I waited nearly 40 minutes for me drink and food to be taken out! The employees are disorganized and disrespectful. A tall blonde guy working there is messy and I observed he doesn’t even work. Occasionally standing around doing nothing, other employees like the guy named Hunter will make you wait forever to get your order taken! It’s ridiculous and often you will see them argue with customers for something that is completely their fault. In the end you will receive your drink made INCORRECTLY. Complete waste of time and money
