Over all it was a great visit…Our waitress Kayla was so soooo super friendly and nice! So was the greeting staff. Always love to walk into a place and they are all smiling. It was semi-busy for a Friday night at 8:30. Our food was OK, nothing was over the top amazing but it all had a lot of good flavor. The drinks were very good too!
This was a sight to be seen. People who ordered a week ago had to wait for their food during the Super Bowl. My food took forever as well as the servers laughed at the situation. This restaurant has always had poor management, but the fact that BUFFALO WILD WINGS where so behind they continued to sit People and TAKE MORE ONLINE ORDERS! Like who’s TF is in charge? fire him or her immediately! I recommend the person reading this save the headache and money and go to a different restaurant. F.Y.I. the cooks where laughing and moving slow as possible.
nothing wrong with the wings – received as ordered and perfectly coated in sauce. my issue is with the person who signed off on “checked by”. i’ve requested several ranches and a couple blue cheese and only got ONE blue cheese… for 21 wings. also no celery as i’ve added in my online order… you need to do better 👎🏼
Wings were dry and half of them were cold. Asked waitress to put my kids order in as soon as we sat down and it took 40 minutes for her to bring all of the dishes together.
Got our food and asked for the check and boxes as soon as she dropped it off. It took another half hour just to pay our check and they wouldn’t let me pay at the counter even with a screaming 1 year old.
How does this restaurant not see the horrible reviews they’re getting multiple times a week?
Amazing place I haven’t been in a while I went and I am mad I couldn’t go soon amazing service along with the food.
