We go to Firebox multiple times per week. We are “Foodies” and have high standards for what we put in our bodies.
Firebox is consistently delicious. It is cooked fresh at ALL hours (they cook small batches throughout the day, so you’re always just in time for a hot plate).
Our bodies feel good after eating here. They cook real food with real ingredients, and you can tell based on how you feel after. Their food gives me both strength and happiness.
We will continue eating here and bring all of our friends & family here.
Pro tip: buy a bottle of Pepper to bring home with you (Pepper picture attached)
Finally a local restaurant that is not only tasty, but probably has THE BEST customer service in the area. Nattie’s positivity and respect for customers really is refreshing and makes you enjoy your meal even more. His eagerness to ensure every customer leaves with a smile on their face and goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy every single item you order. I’ve been back twice in less than a week! Everything is always FRESH/well seasoned/tasty, due to small batch preparations. Can’t wait to visit again and bring all my family and friends!

I did order via delivery app but I called the restaurant to make sure I got what I need. The gentleman who answered the phone was a standard bearer for what was to come. My meal arrived in an hour and it was still warm. Packed to perfection!! This is the best tasting Jamaican food I have had this side of NY. You will not be disappointed. I will be ordering every week. This made my day. You will not be disappointed.
I absolutely love this food and the customer service. I am a person with really high expectations. As a person born and raised in Manhattan, who has traveled all over enjoying fine dining, AAAND who also happens to be an island person myself (Dominican Republic descent). I promise you this food is so delicious. Seasoning presentation portions everything is outstanding. By far my favorite restaurant since I moved upstate.
This place brings the authentic taste of Jamaica to our doorstep! Food Service is always impeccable and taste is out of this world! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
