Very nice experience. First time try Jamaican food! I ordered jerk chicken, a fish dish, and peanut porridge. I like them all but I like the jerk chicken and peanut porridge the most!
Amazing jerk chicken, rice and beans. Quick and friendly service. I felt like I stepped into Jamaica. Can’t wait to try more food on their menu. I had to carry my dog inside instead of leaving her in the car and she was in heaven with all the delicious aromas. The guy helping me was welcoming with her, too. Very cool spot. Very authentic.
Really good jerk chicken with all the fixings. The smell from the smoker will lure you in. The ginger beer is nice too. Owner and staff very friendly.
I’ve been in the area for at least 10 years and coming from the Bronx,NY I missed authentic Jamaican food. Well not any more, the food here is great the atmosphere is not chic but it reminds me of Jamaica. I ventured out and had the jerk chicken with white rice and vegetables. Well enough of the small talk, go there get real Jamaican food and your plate will look like this. Enough said…
Stopped by here when we saw, and smelled, the smokers outside. What a find!!! Had jerk chicken with rice and this is seriously the real deal. The flavor is cooked all the way through not just some surface heavily seasoned stuff. The cook said he fires up the smokers at 6:30a! No wonder why the flavor is so amazing. You feel instantly transported to Jamaica 🇯🇲. A definite must go to.
