Ordered a 24 family pack. I just now counted after getting home and putting them in the oven to reheat them and I only have 19 wings. I don’t know what happened to those others but I got a good idea where. Certain wings smell funny and overall, nowhere near a good impression from this place. People arguing, employees yelling at customers and whatnot… Safe to say, I will never be going back there again.
Still waiting for a Manager to reach out to me about the order that was stolen and never delivered to me. I was told by 3 different managers that the GM would reach out to me and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Good thing I got my bank involved because Wingstop told me that I would have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. Then sent me a $5 gift card for my troubles. I can’t even buy a straw for $5.00 in that place. Very disappointing and they lost a lot of customers from my job because of it.
A bit of a small area, there’s only three tables so the place fills up quick. But so worth it because the workers were SO nice and friendly. I don’t know his name but the person taking my order took his time and gave me his opinion on the menu items (it was my first time trying wingstop). Such a friendly person and when I asked for a bag he took the boxes out of my hands and personally wrapped them up with extra ranch . Which doesn’t seem like a lot but with the rush they got I wasn’t expecting it. just all around a good experience and all the food was fresh and really tasty. No problems whatsoever highly recommend this place. It’s small but they keep it very very clean 11/10 experience I’m sorry I didn’t get anyone’s name but they were all so so nice
Pretty average spot tbh, the wings are OKAY, nothing great.
The wings use to be amazing but they’re not anymore. Maybe it’s the Newburgh NY location. The chicken was small and dry. The taste wasn’t strictly garlic Parmesan just like the fries that had sugar on them instead of salt. I’ll try another location before I give up on what wing stop use to provide which was Amazing wings.
