Stopped by today to get some ice cream, the staff was very friendly and had smiles. I ordered 4 single scoop cups one with a couple toppings. The ice cream was great and hit the spot. I would recommend this location if your in the area.
Went there on Tuesday, April 11th, 7:00 pm. The young man who took my order overcharged me, (charged me 3 double scoops instead of two and one single) and when I questioned him told me “ice cream’s expensive “. Then he made one of the puniest cones I have ever seen ( ironically, cost of a double scoop) and a double scoop cone that I had to ask him numerous times for a cup as it was so poorly made! The cup he didn’t give us a spoon for- we had to ask, again, repeatedly. Bad job. P.S. in that single scoop there is barely any ice cream beneath cone line. I might start going to the Dunkin Donuts north on Deer Park Avenue. Thanks for the memories, North Babylon Dunkin.
Customer service is terrible. The manager always has a poor attitude. The assistant manager had an even worse attitude. Asked specifically for certain munchkins and they gave me a terribly attitude and a face about it. Pre ordered donuts for today and paid and no one knew what I was talking about. Back in February I ordered a cake and they had no idea the difference between cakes. It took a half hour or more to place the order. Every time it’s an attitude from them. I will not be returning to this location.
Came here a few times at night on my way home from the gym. I always get the most disgusting iced coffee. Taste like they just throw tap water and stale coffee together with some 2% milk. Night crew is terrible and full of attitude. They work less and talk more with each other. Hard to get someone to take your order unless you call out to them. Dunkin 5 min drive down the road is better 👍.
This is my local store but it’s really gone downhill. My latte tasted like milk so I simply asked them to add another drop of coffee in it. The woman at the counter then mocked me by saying a latte is milk (as if I don’t know what a latte ish and stated if I want more coffee I need to order something else. They then threw out my drink, made it again the exact same way, and asked me to try it over. Knowing it didn’t taste any better but didn’t wanna cause a problem I said it was fine. But the woman stated “well we remade it the exact same way so the first drink was fine.”
I wasn’t trying to cause an issue, and it doesn’t take a lot to just add an extra drop of coffee since I’ve had other locations do it before, as I get lattes all the time with usually no issue.
